  • Call Center Issue?

    I've been trying to get through to the Call Center for about 30-45 minutes now and haven't been able to get through, regardless of if I'm trying the Platinum # or the Standard #.

    Yep. I need to update a card on a car. Was on hold 20 mins and 15 mins another time. Gave up.

      I eventually got through about 5 minutes after I made this post. The standard line actually answered before the Platinum #, which was kind of surprising.

              Sad thing is I called twice before and had them change all my orders to a valid card and it keeps not getting done. I've only got one good card on file now and they wont use it. They keep using the card I had removed I guess.

                Sorry gang, I was out of the office yesterday so I was not aware of any issues. Hopefully all is good now!

                  Going forward be sure to write down who you talked to and when. This will help us review why something was not done. If it still does not get done please talk to the CS Manager. This should be handled. Thanks!
