applying gift cards to preoders

Hey hows it going everyone? i recently purchased a couple giftcards to put towards my preorders. usually the awesome people at the call center put them towards my orders for me, but i realized that the last few I bought didnt get added on. ive tried going to my orders to add them on, but just cant figure it out. any help would be awesome!

Only way I know is to call customer service and have them apply the cards to your orders.

My biggest concern is now I don't know which codes I've used and which ones I haven't used, which I realize is my fault. I guess I'll have to write them down and bug them with them lol
